{Reception: The Stanley’s}

Well, turns out, TOTALLY wasn’t anywhere near my computer (or even home) yesterday. Once again I’ve been taught the lesson to do posts in advance. When will I learn?! Anywho…TODAY you get Blake+Bri’s reception. Cute little details (and, yep, you DO recognize that photo in the centerpieces), lots of laughter, love, and fun, and DANCING (best. dj. ever.).

Mikey gave the perfect toast.

Then the boys simultaneously rolled up their sleeves for dinner.

I took a moment to snap a photo of the most amazing wedding gift. A DRAWING of one of the ePics I took of them!!! WHOA!

The sweetest first dance moment.

The coolest father/daughter dance…”I like big butts and I cannot lie.” (Yep, that’s what happened.)

And the DJ that kept them on the floor, the amazing DeeJay Ott.

Bri’s family sang the FUNNIEST song. I wonder if she has lyrics I could post. It was AWESOME!

And their reaction was priceless.

And the. Messiest. Cake cutting. EVER. Kid you not, it was IN HER HAIR! How many brides would have FLIPPED OUT!?

You. Are. Simply. Amazing. Amazing people. Amazing friends. I’m so glad that I got to spend the day with you. You two deserve all the happiness the world has to offer. I know you will have an extremely blessed and happy marriage. Love each other every day, all the time. Hug & kiss goodnight. Don’t go to bed angry. Stay who you are, because who you are is the bestest. Congratulations!

{Crysta+Randis: The Reception}

I left you yesterday with the lovely Crysta’s and Randis’ wedding. Today I bring some photos from the reception. Once again, enjoy!

I love the reaction to speeches. Some of the most genuine moments, I think.

Who likes cake? I LIKE CAKE! And I looooved their cake stand. Cake stands are awesome. Does this make me a tad nerd-ay?

And I like the cake when just that one little slice has been taken out. Right before it gets demolished.

Oh. The first dance. That moment when the couple is all about them. Love radiates during the first dance, I think. <3

There were some good dollar dance moments. Not gonna lie!

There was a really good bouquet toss.

And an amazing garter catch.

And that moment at the end of the night where I look like crap, and the couple looks HAWT!

You two are amazing! I feel so blessed to have been able to be a part of your big day. I adore you both and I know that you two are going to have a wonderful forever together. I hope I get to be a part of it in some small way along the path of life.

{Crysta+Randis: The Wedding}

I love Crysta and Randis. Seriously. Crysta is a college friend of my sister’s. Crysta and Randis are quite possibly the most laid back and nicest people I’ve met and had the chance to work with. Enjoy the walk through their day. It was beautiful.

It rained through my whole drive from Indy to Fort Wayne (and then from Fort Wayne to Indy). No kidding. But was their blue sky? YEP. Because magic happens on wedding days. The sun came out right as we wanted to take photos before the wedding. Rained during the ceremony. And then came back out again for pictures after the ceremony. Crazy, right?! So how could I not snap some blue sky in the moment?

My sister was in the wedding (second from the right). Yes, she was. And I knew almost all the girls in the bridal party. They’re all so awesome.

I’m pretty obsessed with this dress…

I mean. Seriously. ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME. WITH. THIS?!

And we got her dressed up. I love this reaction with her mom and sister.

Putting on a gift from Randis. Oh. The freckles. I love freckles.

Can we say CUTEST-RING-BEARER-EVER? Like, all in one word-style? LOVE. IT. SO SO MUCH! Oh, the tongue. And the baby chucks. And the clapping. <3

Wearing one of the groomsmen’s sunglasses. Too adorable for words!

And I love flowers. I love seeing wedding flowers. What people choose. Which flowers. Which colors. I’m not usually a big calla lily girl, myself (just a person thing), but these ones were beautiful! Big and open and beautiful.

The toss bouquet was just as amazing as the rest of the flowers! RIGHT?!

And Crysta’s gorgeous bouquet. Don’t you love the hanky wrapped around it?!

The bridal party was such good sports. I know I mentioned the off and on rain, but did I mention that it was UNGODLY HOT?!?!?! Like, seriously. Out. Of. Control. I didn’t get a single complaint from them!

Since I couldn’t get enough of her dress. Seriously. I loved it. I can’t even say it enough.

Or her flowers. Oh, details!!! <3

The boys had some great Chuck Taylors with green dresses!

Plus, Crysta has Air Jordan’s and Randis has customized shoes with their wedding date on them! I love awesome couples with original ideas!
